Cougar Contractors was selected to build the new Western headquarters for Parkland Industries Inc., creating a dynamic and engaging workspace in a downtown high-rise. Spanning five stories and approximately 22,000 square feet, the project included four internal staircases, promoting seamless connectivity between floors.

The design emphasized bold, graphic-intensive elements that reflected Parkland’s retail identity, incorporating vibrant colours and unique branding elements throughout. A standout feature of the space is the custom-built barista bar, designed to resemble a fuel tanker truck—an innovative nod to the company’s industry. Additionally, the office includes an expansive, welcoming reception area and an employee games room, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.

The project also required expertise in complex flooring solutions, with intricate epoxy floors adding both durability and visual appeal. With a focus on functionality, creativity, and brand integration, Cougar Contractors successfully delivered a high-impact workspace that embodies Parkland Industries’ dynamic presence in the energy and retail sector.
