Cougar, along with their very competent sub-trades, built out 224,697 square feet for Penn West. This project consisted of 10 floors of both closed and open office plan, and a daycare and fitness centre on an additional floor. In working with Andy Voramwald and his team, Cam Maclellan and Joe De Almeida, it was apparent right from the start that the professionalism and integrity demonstrated by this crew were going to go a long way toward successful project completion.

Cougar's performance on our project was simply outstanding. Their knowledge of the building permit process was excellent as was their understanding of our building rules and regulations based on their deep experience with the landlord.
