Cougar Contractors completed a full tenant fit-out for Bennett Jones LLP at Banker’s Hall East, transforming 120,000 square feet of office space across 9.5 floors. The year-long project included the renovation of an eight-floor internal stairwell, enhancing connectivity for staff. Precision was key, particularly with the intricate millwork, which required careful execution because of varying angles and heights. High-end finishes were integrated throughout, elevating the space to meet the firm's sophisticated standards. Additionally, the team supplied and installed two SkyFold Walls along with other operable walls to provide flexible meeting and collaboration spaces.
