Cougar Contractors was entrusted with transforming the Jameson Winter Garden at QuadReal Property Group’s property, replacing a two-story living wall with what was, at the time, the largest digital monitor in Western Canada—measuring an impressive 42 feet by 18 feet.

This unique renovation required precision and careful planning, as over 2,000 living plants were sustainably repurposed to minimize waste. The project presented significant logistical challenges, from structural reinforcements to the seamless integration of the massive display into the space. Despite these complexities, Cougar Contractors delivered a state-of-the-art digital experience, redefining the Winter Garden while maintaining sustainability at the forefront.
