Project and  Construction  Management

Project management is led by certified and experienced professionals who are responsive to our clients’ needs. Our project managers and site supervisors work closely together to ensure successful execution in all project phases. By providing detailed construction schedules and timely updates with a close eye on costs, we keep our clients informed and in control. Our project managers oversee everything, including project pricing and trade supplier selections, timeline and budget, and new buyer packages and turnover meetings.

Cougar Contractors collaborates with leading local design firms on interior design projects including everything from colour consultations, custom furniture selections and acquisitions, art selections, and whole space planning. We can tailor an affordable package to suit your unique budget and style.

DESIGN BUILD

Our design build method simplifies the construction process where we act as a single point of contact for the client to streamline communication saving them time and money. We handle every detail including hiring all consultants and architects, securing permits, managing design and construction, and delivering a fully finished project.

Our skilled site supervisors and construction managers oversee all construction at the project site, including our quality trades partners, construction coordination, and site safety requirements. All of our site supervisors are trained in occupational health and safety standards to ensure safe and efficient work practices.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification is a globally recognized framework for designing, constructing, and operating buildings that use less energy and water, create less waste, and preserve land and habitat. With an increase in buildings moving toward being more sustainable, we’re well-versed with the requirements and process to get LEED certification for our clients’ projects.
